ABOUTDeveloped in Chile

Field experience, engineering and technology applied to underground mining.

Tunnel Tools grew out of a need identified directly in underground mining: turning photogrammetric surveys and 3D scans into clear, traceable engineering information that supports decision-making.

The platform combines hands-on field experience with engineering, photogrammetry, 3D modeling, geometric processing and technology development to reduce manual work and improve geometric control of excavations.

Hands-on experience converted into engineering and technology developed in Chile.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What to know before an evaluation.

Integration, minimum inputs, illustrative data and the current product scope.

If your case is different, technical contact is available at the end of this page.

01Does Tunnel Tools replace Agisoft Metashape?

No. Tunnel Tools works within Agisoft Metashape Professional 2.3.1 and adds specialized tools for alignments, profiles, geometric comparison, quantity calculations and technical deliverables.

02What do I need for an evaluation?

A project with a mesh or point cloud, the tunnel alignment, the design section and a consistent spatial reference. The minimum inputs are reviewed during activation.

03Can I evaluate it with my organization’s data?

Yes. The 15-day evaluation is intended to validate the workflow with one real tunnel section selected by the organization on an authorized computer.

04Are the Dashboard results from an actual mine?

No. The values shown belong to an illustrative campaign and explain the product structure; they are not a promise of universal performance.

05Does the module already use predictive artificial intelligence?

Tunnel Tools Professional prepares and relates variables for future analysis, but it does not claim to include a trained predictive model. The current priority is reliable, traceable geometric data.

06What happens when the licence ends?

The module blocks production commands after the licence period, but it does not delete projects or results. The licence remains tied to the authorized computer.

07What happens after the 15-day evaluation?

We review the results and the required scope. If there is a technical and commercial fit, a proposal is prepared for the appropriate licence option; there is no automatic purchase.

08What does the Tunnel Tools licence include?

It authorizes use of the module for the period, computers and capabilities defined in the proposal. The exact content depends on the agreed licence option.

09Are implementation and support included?

Only the scope stated in the proposal for the selected option is included. Additional implementation, onboarding or support needs are coordinated and quoted separately.
